Restaurant terms

These terms apply between Fairloco Oy and a restaurant that sells food on the Fairloco marketplace. You sell the food to the customer in your own name. Fairloco runs the marketplace and charges a fixed 1,50 € per delivery order and 0,50 € per pickup order. No percentage of your sales.

Who sells what

You are the seller of the food. Receipts show your company name and business ID. Independent couriers sell the delivery directly to the customer. Fairloco sells neither food nor delivery.

Fees and payouts

  • Commission: 1,50 € per delivery order and 0,50 € per pickup order, deducted from your payout.
  • Customers pay Fairloco a 0,50 € service fee per order. It is not deducted from you.
  • Payouts go to your own IBAN at any SEPA bank. You see every order, deduction and payout in the portal.
  • Changing the payout IBAN needs a fresh sign-in check, and payouts wait 72 hours after a change.

Your responsibilities

  • Your food premises are registered with the food authority.
  • Menu prices include VAT, and allergen information is correct. You confirm the allergens of each dish yourself.
  • You do not sell alcohol or tobacco through Fairloco.
  • The person who accepts these terms may bind the company.
  • The seller information you give for DAC7 reporting is correct.

Orders

You accept or decline each order yourself. The customer is charged when you accept. You can pause orders at any time in the Kitchen app.

Ending the agreement

You can stop selling at any time. We can suspend a restaurant that breaks these terms or the law, and we tell you the reason. You can ask a person to review any automatic decision.
